Form delivery

Inquiry form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to konstantin@cjd.info. FormSubmit processes the information to deliver the message and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. An emailed copy may remain in our business mailbox while needed to manage the inquiry and related correspondence.
